SEC Delays Valkyrie XBTO Bitcoin Futures Fund ETF Decision

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has once again delayed the final decision on the Valkyrie XBTO Bitcoin Futures Fund ETF until May 7, according to the latest filings released by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Previously, the SEC has postponed the final decision time of the ETF several times, the earliest announced in October 2021 to December 8, and then announced in December 2021 that the decision time would be postponed again to March 7, 2022.

Ukraine Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov announced on Twitter that Ukraine would accept cryptocurrency donations and announced the donation addresses for BTC, ETH and USDT. Ethereum founder Vitalik said multiple sources showed the address was legitimate. To date, the addressees have received about $6 million in donations. BTC made several attempts to break the $40,000 resistance during the weekend. However, the price dropped to $37,000 after the European Union announced it would purchase weapons for Ukraine on Sunday evening. If the situation deteriorates, the bears will push the price to the nearest support at $34,000.
